Only a few founders are systematically prepared for the management of a GmbH. In most cases, individuals are appointed as managing directors of a GmbH without comprehensive legal knowledge, particularly with respect to personal liability and financial matters. This seminar is designed to better equip you for this responsibility or, if you are already serving as a GmbH managing director, to support you in navigating your day-to-day work with greater legal certainty. The seminar is divided into two modules of two hours each.
