At Expo Real, we present the state of Bremen as an attractive real estate location and showcase exciting development projects. With a model project for climate-neutral and local energy generation and supply, Bremen now wants to advance the climate-neutral transformation of the economy at the harbor edge in Überseestadt as well as in the adjacent Holz- und Fabrikenhafen. In the process, the former cold storage warehouse in Überseestadt, a post-war reinforced concrete building in a prominent waterfront location, is to be refurbished and transformed into a state-of-the-art energy control center under the name "Energy House" that will supply companies in the immediate vicinity with climate-friendly generated heat and power.

But what would a future-oriented transformation be without sustainability? SPURWERK, for example, is pursuing an energy-efficient concept. Things are also happening in Bremerhaven: The planned shipyard quarter in the Geestemünde district attaches great importance to high-quality and sustainable quality of life. The LUNE DELTA business park is intended to offer companies that want to do business ecologically optimal sustainable and energy-efficient structures.
